KINDLY CHECK OUT IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE:

• Product must be unopened and in its sealed box original condition.

• The refund/exchange must be initiated within 2 days upon receiving your order.

• A refund/exchange is not applicable if incorrect/incomplete address is provided to us.

• For redelivery of uncollected parcel, relevant delivery charges will be applied.

• A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refund.

• A $5 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Buyer need to bear the return shipping fees.

• Valid/Proper verification must be provided for the refund/exchange. No personal opinion will be accecpted.

• Non-sealed product is non-refundable/non-exchangeable, due to the nature of our product and to protect every customer’s best interest.
